Hospitality is our business.

Our mission is to generously extend warmth and hospitality to all our hotel guests. We provide the comfort of a home away from home. Our promise is to treat each guest like Royalty.

Our History

We bought our first roadside hotel in 1977, now the University Park Inn & Suites. Building on our reputation for quality service, we expanded in our hometown of Davis, California, building the campus-based Aggie Inn and the Best Western Palm Court Hotel, located in downtown. We also expanded to include The Inn Off Capitol Park, a block from the State Capitol in Sacramento.

Future plans include the development of a new Sacramento property, Best Western Med Park Inn, across from the UC Med Center and a UC Regents-approved Hotel and Conference Center at the Gateway to the University of California, Davis.

Royal Guest Fine Hoteliers will continue to develop unique properties in the Northern California region that meet our high standards for personalized service and strong economic returns.
